• Good German and English language skills are very important because of the communication.
• 2-3 years of work experience after or during your studies or your education. The ideal case would be in the recruitment of staff in IT-/Engineering-field.
• A strong affinity in IT-/Engineering-Themes, so after an intensive training, in the shortest possible time you are sure in your area of responsibilities.
